You are advised to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. Please contact us to check availability. E-mail enquiries will receive a response within 24 Hours. All bookings will require a £100.00 deposit be to paid in advance ( £200.00 for gold package ) and we will confirm the booking by a "contractual " email letter. 
 

Please note that we try to keep our prices very competiitive and the standard price we quote includes travel of up to 30 miles each way from our base in Bedfordshire. Longer travel may incur a small fuel surcharge.
If your venue requires a Public Indemnity Insurance certificate ( PI Insurance ) or a Portable Appliance Testing ( Pat testing ) certificate please let us know and we will get this emailed to your event organiser(s)  at the venue.
 

Playlists and Requests

We are more than happy to have a play list by email from our clients. Whilst we carry an excellent selection of music which tends to cater for 98% of requests, We can only guarantee to have a specific track if we are informed atleast a week advance of the booking date .  
 

Access to the venue

We will arrive at the venue in good time usually an hour before the first guest arrives and will be ready to sound check in 35-40 minutes If the venue has steps and your party is not on ground floor, please let us know in advance - THIS IS IMPORTANT.

 

Cancellations

 

Any cancellations  made 30 days before the booking date will incur a charge of £50.00 and remainder  of the deposit will be paid back

Any cancellations made within 30 days of the booking date will forfeit the full deposit.

Covid Update

Please note that we are not taking any bookings for dates before  1st October 2021.  After this date we will take bookings at our discretion and comply with government guidelines for your safety and our families' safety.  A safe distance must be kept and provided  for the DJs and any song lists or requests must be made in advance, Please note that we reserve the right to cancel the booking in lockdown periods .
